Demand regulates the price?

You know the situation. Especially the demand for bookings is high, hotel prices shoot into the exorbitant ranges. Here, the rule is often: the higher the demand, the closer to the site of the event, the higher the price.
Up until now, the alternative meant having to spread out into the surrounding area, having to risk traffic jams and delays, or having to distribute the desired room requirement into smaller numbers to private lodgings, boarding houses, and in some places even to hotel ships. On the following pages we would like to show you that there is an alternatives. As a Full Service Company, it was a challenge for us to find new channels for our clients and partners to considerably improve the situation, and to be able to react better to the requirements of the companies with a flexible product.

Brief summary |

The trade fair mobile concept was put into practice for the first time in 1998. The mobile hotel is independent of location and thus offers manifold utilisation possibilities.
The mobile hotel with up to 300 units has already been used several times for large leading trade fairs.
The co-operation with reliable partners and the exclusive use of trained and multi-lingual hotel personnel guarantees the best possible implementation.

Central booking processing and billing through Travel2Fairs.
Lodgings directly at the site of the event. Larger groups are not broken up and spread out to different lodgings. Uniform standard for all users.
No incalculable risks through traffic jams or travelling delays. Just as comfortable as a hotel. No additional personnel costs such as working hours compensation and reimbursement of travelling expenses. Short-term cancellation are compensated largely via daily mediation.
